 I rocked this outfit Friday.

I love the grainy look of this picture.  It gives me a feeling of Nostalgia

 I have a tendency to lose things of importance to me but I have somehow held on to these Navy Isotoner Gloves my Mom gave me for Christmas awhile ago.  There are visible signs of wear and tear but I will not give them up!

Along with these boots, I am so hard on shoes but I have come to love them more after wearing them to the ground (shrug of shoulders)

 This bag is another thrifty find!  It seems like some sort of camera bag on the inside with all sorts of hidden compartments and pockets! Love Love Love the color!

MEag: A FUN & FASHION filled Weekend!

There were so many things and reasons to dress up this weekend! You know I live for dress-up :)  I attended one of my sorors birthday parties on Friday (sadly didn't get a chance to take pics).  Saturday I road-tripped with my love and some friends to Detroit for The Fashion Massacre2 (refer to previous posts).  Sunday I worked a little to style some young men for a local Valentine's Day concert sponsored by another one of my sorors and then spent the rest of the day with my love!  Hey it was afterall Valentine's Day!  I didn't get a chance to document all of my outfits but don't fret I'll post them later.  I did however get some candids that you may enjoy! Check em owt...

 I snagged this jumper on a recent trip to the Salvation Army.  It's cotton with a banded waist, harem influenced bottoms, sleeveless upper with buttons up the front.  I paired it with my favorite leather jacket that I picked up for $10 at the Goodwill (yes! I live for finds like this).

I accessorized with a neon pink skinny belt, ruffled zipper clutch (F21), and some Reebok Freestyles.

This outfit was super comfy...perfect for road-tripping and shopping. 

Next....

Sunday...I snagged this sweater at the Goodwill when on my styling gig (I couldn't help it :).  I paired it with some pleated cropped pants that my love snagged ( then I borrowed, you know the drill) from Heritage 1981.  Black suede platform pumps added that extra hmph.

My Aunt Barb gave me this Vintage Coach Purse a few summers ago and I LOVE IT!

So, my friend Kelsey told me about this half-off accessories Sale at this local boutique called Frayed and I met her up there (ahhh, temptation, half-off = helll yes!).  I walked away with this lovely necklace (compliments of Kelsey, THANK YOU) you can't see the detail here but it's braided down one side.  I also picked up this black stone ring!

MEag: Mobile Uploads

Mobile Upload and Delayed posting.  I wore this outfit this past Friday!  I apologize if the pics are blurry couldn't find my memory card and this fit was way too fly not to document!

Early wake up call!  I had to be to work @ 8 am and was too excited to get an extra hour of sleep (considering I usually have to open the store @ 7).  Anywho, in my sweet dreams I envisioned this outfit!  Something about a fedora, oversized button-down, and loafers that makes me feel super sexy! Crazy right?

 Mens Straw Fedora from Target, Striped Cardigan from Old Navy, Vintage Christian Dior Tie (Shout out to Nia), Dark Skinnies from F21, Socks from F21, Loafers thrifted via the hands of my mommy :)

 

I don't know how to tie a tie! A member of my visual team tied it for me once I got to work :)
